a happy camper

Grapevine news: Alex and me are gonna be roomies! We found an apartment and it's fucking fabulous. We're going to move there on 1.10. with Mac and Cheese - our gold fish.

Me and Alex going to Mathematikum - it wasn't even interesting.

We went to the Mathematikum on last friday (13.9.) and after that Monkeys had a theme party. We went to DJ's place to put some make up on and off to the zombie night!

Next morning we had to wake up early because of the Heidelberg excursion. It was rainy and we were tired, even though we came back home early from the zombie night.

In Heidelberg we wanted to be brave; Alex and I decided to take the german tour! Our guide seemed hilarious - we were wrong. After 2,5 hours of boring tour we decided to separate from the others and started our own tour. And where did we go?

Of course we went to the Absinth store! It had the most awesomest seller. He spoke very good english, was social and even let us try some. Finally we went out of the store with a bottle of absinth - we're gonna drink that at our housewarming party!

It was raining almost all the time in Heidelberg. We didn't want to get all wet, so we went to see the churches. I just felt like Esmeralda from the movie The Hunchback of Notre Dame and the finnish version of the song "God help the outcasts" was stirring in my head.

our little absinth !

On Monday DJ turned 22! We arranged a surprise party for him with Alex and Stuart; made a cake and got some friends from the summer course on the same floor in Unterhof. Even though our surprise didn't work as planned, DJ got his birthday party =)

Last night was a gaming night at Local international; we played some werewolf and after that went to Dully's floor in Eichendorffring. After some shots I remembered my homework. Luckily we had some german guys with us and I asked if they could help me with it - they didn't even do my homework right, and they're german! Hochdeutsch is apparently much more difficult than I thought...

Today I went to Bad Homburg, where my friend Linus lives. There is a little Finnish shop where I spent over 60 euros! How odd.

After the Little Finnland we went some sightseeing.

Traditional eating habits....

And the most important:

Ach so, I'm such a happy camper right now =)
